OUR COVID-19 PREVENTION RESPONSE:
In response to COVID-19 we have created cleaning and safety measures, following the guidelines of the CDC to create a safe environment for your trip.
RECOMMENDED SAFETY MEASURES:
- The driver will wear a mask during the duration of your trip.
- The first three rows of the bus must remain empty to protect the driver.
- Passengers should sit in every other seat to ensure social distancing.
- Passengers must bring and wear their own masks when social distancing isn’t possible.
- Buses are cleaned and sanitized before and after each trip to help ensure passenger safety.
You may cancel or re-book your trip up to 72 hours before the departure of your trip. Cancellations that occur before 72-hours will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will take 45 days to process. Any changes to your booking must be discussed with your agent. Please call 1-888-612-1308.
